Registration fee covers: access to all plenary sessions, conference material, coffee breaks and lunch.
Payment can be made either through our online payment platform or at the Mona School of Business and Management, UWI by Debit/Credit Card or Manager's Cheque. Cash or personal cheques will not be accepted.
For those paying in local currency, the exchange rate is J$130.00 to US$1.00.
Vegetarians and persons with special meal requirements should indicate this in the Special Requests section on their registration form.
Cancellation PolicyCancellations can be made without penalty prior to the close of early-bird registration
- For cancellations submitted by Saturday September 30, 2017, your pre-paid conference registration fees will be refunded less 20% per person
- For cancellations after Saturday September 30 but before Tuesday October 31, 2017, 50% of your pre-paid conference registration fees will be refunded.
- No refund of conference registration fee will be available for cancellations after Tuesday October 31, 2017.
- No refunds will be made for “no shows”. No shows may also incur a charge for one night's hotel room rate if hotel bookings are not cancelled in advance.
