As Vice President of Corporate Banking at First Global Bank (FGB), Norman leads a team of Relationship Managers to provide corporate banking services to a portfolio of high-value, corporate clientele.
Norman joined FGB in June 2015 as Assistant Vice President, Business Banking, where he piloted the Bank’s recent enhanced push in better serving the SME sector. He was soon promoted to Vice President, Personal and Business Banking, where he lead the wider retail banking team and branch network.
His 28 years of industry experience spans senior leadership roles at other local banking and credit union institutions. Norman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance and an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of the West Indies.
He is also a Chartered Banker and holds the designation of (CBMBA) from Bangor University, and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (MCIBS) in Scotland. In addition to his directorship roles, Norman is also actively involved in a number of community activities including youth mentorship and Business coaching, with particular focus on SMEs.
