Terry-Ann Segree-Brown is the Private Finance Operations Specialist with the IDB Lab (formerly Multilateral Investment Fund) of the Inter-American Development Bank since March 2018 with responsibility for the design and oversight of developmental projects in Jamaica, Bahamas and Belize. Prior to this, Ms. Segree was the Investment Manager with the Development Bank of Jamaica and with responsibility for managing the DBJ/JVCP private equity funds portfolio of investments and the execution of strategies aimed at stimulating investments in the Jamaican private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) markets. She provided leadership over initiatives aimed at driving entrepreneurship development and innovation and generating a deal flow of investment ready. Ms. Segree is an Investment and Strategy Manager with 14 years of experience in the financial markets and 3 years in development finance and project management and holds a MBA Strategic Planning from Edinburgh University.
