Andrew Nooks holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of the West Indies and the following certifications:
- CISA: Certified Information Systems Auditor;
- CISM: Certified Information Security Manager;
- CRISC: Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control;
- CISSP: Certified Information Systems Security Professional;
- ITSM: IT Service Management.
He also completed training in Ethical Hacking, Mobile Device Hacking and Digital Forensics. Andrew is a consultant with Symptai Consulting and operates OpenWave Information Security where he has been providing IS Audits, Information Security Assessments, Security Incident Response and Digital Forensic services for the manufacturing sector, financial institutions, utility companies and government agencies in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean.
