Cancellations can be made without penalty prior to the close of late registration
- For cancellations submitted by Sunday November 30, 2014, your pre-paid conference registration fees will be refunded less 20% per person
- For cancellations after Sunday November 30 but before Wednesday, December 31, 50% of your pre-paid conference registration fees will be refunded.
- No refund of conference registration fee will be available for cancellations after Wednesday December 31, 2014.
- No refunds will be made for “no shows”. No shows may also incur a charge for one night's hotel room rate if hotel bookings are not cancelled in advance.
